Marnice is an experienced ABR® designated Realtor® licensed in both Tennessee and Alabama, serving Middle TN and the surrounding areas. An Auburn graduate and a longtime resident of Middle TN, Marnice is a wife and mother of three currently residing in Franklin. She is an avid baker and a huge football fan who loves her Auburn Tigers and Tennessee Titans. She is the former owner of Sweet Dreams Cookie Company in Franklin, TN.

Marnice started investing in real estate at the age of 23 and has been a licensed real estate agent since 2014. Specializing in both new construction and resale, she believes in solutions that are catered to each individual.
